Changing cell phone ringtones is probably one of the first thing a person will do after obtaining their new phones. Society today demands that everything be customizable, this way everything a person owns and carries can become a reflection of that person. Cell phones are no different. Whats great about cellular ringtones compare to everything else is that when it rings, it will get you notice. Unlike a flashy purse where one must be facing your direction to take notice, when a ringtone sounds, everyone around you will take notice.

Choosing the right ringtone can be a challenge, but the good news is the amount of sources available to cell phone users today. Ringtone stores are all over the place, and modern smart phones even allow one to purchase cell phone ringtones right on their phones. There are many sources for cellular ringtones so one never needs to fear about not being able to find the perfect ringtone.

The chose between choosing free ringtones vs purchasing your ringtones might not always seem clear. I mean, let’s face it, why pay for ringtones when one can get it for free? Well legalities aside, If you’ve try obtain free ringtones, you’ve bound to notices that it’s not always so simple as a single click. Many requires one to jump through many hoops only to find that the free cellular ringtones was just a simple scam. Other offer it only after so many hoops have been crossed. Whatever the case, you should always be careful of the word free. Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch.

With all the new smart phones and touch phones rolling out, many out there are still just looking for a simple cheap mobile phone. Let’s face it, all the technology in the world is meaningless if you don’t know how to use it. For most people over the age of 45, trying to dial out on a touch phone can be quite the challenge. I’m not trying to say anything bad about them, but watching my mom try to make a phone call on her smart phone is becoming quite painful. Missed are the days of the Nokia 6800 where a simple phone call doesn’t require one of memorize a series of button presses just to reach the number pads.

I really do enjoy those old phones. As much as I enjoy seeing and playing with new technology, a phone’s number one job is still to make a phone call. The cheap mobile phone of the pass does that just fine, in fact, that’s pretty much all it does. Modern day technology attempts to integrate all the useful and useless things into one. For many people, all these extra bells and whistles just goes to waste.

Do your parents a favor, forget all the smart phones and simply get them a cheap mobil phone that works. By doing so, your also doing yourselves a favor as these phones are cheap so it’s easier on your pockets, and no real worries about breaking them. Remember, while new technology are brittle like water bubbles, old cheap phones are built like a tank. They’ll survive even the hardest of beating, as long as you keep it a good distance from the pool.

Nokias 5800 XpressMusic, aka Tube, has much appeal but really does fall short of power users when you take a look at what they’ve done with the phone. Catering more towards the Asian market by introducing the resistive touchscreen with the 5800 XpressMusic, the 3.2in LCD figures a 640 x 360 resolution. The phone looks and feels like any other Nokia, good, but that’s it, nothing great. In the end, it’s simply a good phone made only to target the mid-range phones. A good new phone with minimal efforts by Nokia to make it’s software better.

There’s no question about it, mobile phones have become indispensable to the everyday life. It’s become so convenient that many have adopted to forgo landlines all together. But have you ever wonder whose phone number is this every time you received a call? It may just be easier to match a phone number to a person than one might think.

Give it a try!

Cellular providers and federal government placed regulations controlling customer information regarding cell phones numbers. This privacy is great in preventing telemarketers and other sales orientated calls from getting their hands on your number, but at the same time it prevents the average person from looking up numbers.

This brings paid mobile phone directory service into play. Working within the privacy regulation, some services allow users to search for mobile phone number and name of person registered under those numbers one at a time. It’s about time you stop asking yourself have phone number need name. Services like Reverse Phone Detective allows you to search phone numbers for a simple membership.

Part of the problem with cell phone numbers is the turnover rate. Changing plans, number, and phones every few years has become such a norm that normal paper directories can’t possibility keep up with updating the information any more.
